Rad Resist.png After going to Goodneighbor and hiring MacCready, after a verbal spat between Winlock and Barnes in the VIP room of The Third Rail. Later doing some exploration and talking with MacCready, he will ask you to take him to the Mass Pike Interchange to kill the two men who were threatening him back in Goodneighbor.

Rad Resist.png Travel to the Mass Pike Interchange with him which is west by northwest of Boston and locate the lift which is a touch north of the location marker. Push on through the enemy camp, killing everyone. Keep making choices that MacCready likes and eventually he will talk to you about his son.

Rad Resist.png He tells you that his son is ill and needs a cure that resides in Med-Tek Research, nearly Malden in the Northern Commonwealth.
